There were some issues with the delivery of my Toto Toilet and I incorrectly ordered an expensive extra part. Ziyad of the customer service department made it clear that my problem was his problem and walked me through everything including the return of my extra part/refund. That is to say that Renoz stood behind the product and the process and made sure that things were right. I am completely satisfied and will happily deal with Renoz again.

Had a great experience dealing with Renoz recently. Needed to purchase some bathroom hardware accessories and they were the only ones who had this specific color in stock, not only that but Ashish even arranged for me to pick up the accessories straight from their supplier so I could get them on time to complete my renovation project.

The customer service at Renoz is subpar. The one person who seems to have all the technical answers and customer service experience is impatient, scrambled and impolite. He must learn to have mannerism. The other staff seems quiet, helpful but wary. Do not take them at their word, for it is just words. But their stores interior decor was done nicely.**response to Renoz reply from me.***Thank you for taking the time to respond to my review of your store. Unfortunately, your response was not related to my visit. I'm not sure who you think I am. Nonetheless, critiques can only make us all better.

You CANNOT TRUST this company! I ordered a gas fireplace, talked with Ziyad at length regarding delivery times, was guaranteed when we could expect it. A week before expected arrival date, I called store because I had received no shipping info. Was then told they cant even get the fireplace from the manufacturer!!!! Noone was even going to call me and tell me!!! And they charged my credit card immediately upon ordering!! Royally messed up our project

Excellent customer service. We made a mistake with the amount of tile our vehicle could handle. Took their time to help us return and arrange shipping the tile to our house.
