We just purchased a Miele vacumn from Mr. Sweeper. Evan was very helpful - allowed me to try out endless options, provided detailed information and took his time answering my questions. He gave me a used vacumn option and then took the time to see if there were any promotions on the units I preferred. Evan found a promotion which allowed me to purchase the bigger power head, while still saving money. A very good experience.

Superb Service! I brought my Bissell Carpet Cleaner (an excellent machine) for repair. The reception was excellent in the incredibly clean store, with the repair person working in the rear who also chatted with me as I described the problem. Reception promised to look at it TODAY!! I thought I'd have to wait days to know the verdict. I receive a call in three hours saying the machine was repaired!!! Outstanding service - prompt, courteous, efficient, knowledgable, very reasonably priced service, and friendly. I will definitely return for ALL my vacuum servicing and purchasing. Very highly recommended, Thank you!!

Great friendly service! Evan went above and beyond to work with the manufacturer to resolve a problem with my cordless stick vacuum battery when I'm sure others would have thrown in the towel. He was a pleasure to deal with, and kept me informed at every step. The next time I need a vacuum or accessories, I'll be going back to Mr. Sweeper Vacuums in Victoria.

Took my power head in that was recently fixed at another store and had stopped working again almost immediately. Mr sweeper took it, and called me within a few hours to tell me they had fixed it. They cleaned it, replaced a worn belt and fixed the actual problem…and it was half the cost. And before I left they gave me the opportunity to test it out to see that it was fixed. Fast friendly and excellent service. Thank you so much.

Super satisfied with the robot vacuum we got here, it’s much better than we thought! The sales guy was really informative and nice when we were there, he was super helpful too when we phoned in later.We were really surprised to find a local specialized store selling Roborock at first, but buying it from them is definitely the way to go!!! The service and knowledge you get here is way better than those from big-box stores! 100% recommend!Our little kitty will need some time to get used to her new friend tho :)

Friendly, professional and prompt service. They were the only place in Victoria area that I could find to take time to repair the trigger on my Dyson Absolute cordless vacuum. From the initial phone call, I experienced a friendly 'can do' attitude ('e.g. ' yes we can order the needed part and replace it within a week) without going on a long tirade about the pros and cons of Dyson. I highly recommend them.Lynne

Excellent service at a reasonable price! When I got my vacuum repaired here, the technician called and explained the problem clearly before the repair was done. The price for repair was very fair. I am recommending Mr. Sweeper to all family and friends!

I am writing a review of this store because they went out of their way to help me. I had an old indoor vacuum hose that I covered with duct tape to stop the leaks where it had cracked, and they modified the attachment for me so I could use their new hose and that was wonderful! This was never offered in any other shop for vacuums that I have been in and it allowed me to continue using my present system and saved me alot of money. I want to say they are creative and think out of the box in finding ways to please and satisfy their customer's needs. I recommend this store highly.
