Please, please, please avoid this place at any cost. They do not send arrival notices, delay the release with customs and make you pay for extra storage.

Makes their own delay to incur more storage and forces the importer to pay for it. Avoid this company if you are able

DO NOT USE TURKISH CARGO, DO NOT USE PEARSON AIRPORT, DO NOT USE SWISS CARGOThey don’t notify you that package has arrived and in that way they rack up their storage fees. When shipping, with Turkish airlines, it clearly says SWISSPORT will notify you once your package has arrived.Not only that shipping itself is expensive (yes it’s fast), but expect that once you come to pick up your package you pay ton of money in fees of all sorts, and I am not exaggerating.Horrible experience and I wish I knew that just paying shipping is NOT enough but only part of their charges and that FEES are where they actually make their money. Package that was only 2lb (900gm) in weight, Europe to Canada cost me over $500 once I picked it up.

I would have left zero stars if possible, this is a mainland Chinese owned business (Hainan Group) under a Canadian cover. Poorly organized and managed by mediocre people, that been said part of our airport/aviation safety is even consider pretty shaky, handled by these clueless, careless workers. i called around 22:02 june 18 hoping that someone will still answer my call, i know they close at 22:00 but someone answered my call and i said “hi i was wondering if you guys are still open, my dog landed late and we’re on our way to get him” and the indian guy answered me inappropriate way saying “how come i answer your call if we’re close” look buddy you can answer me in a nice way coz i ask you nicely in the first place. Awful customer service. So stupid and rude.

I asked the customer service agent about the procedure of picking up my dog from their facilities, and she suddenly and aggressively threatened to report me to the Canada border security if I did not pay them an unspecified amount.Swissport refused to answer my calls after.Do not fly your pets with Turkish Airlines, as Swissport is the only handling facility they are contracted with.

We had a great experience here. The man who served me as well as Waseer (not sure if the spelling) were so helpful. Especially as our boxes were delayed and i had to keep calling them. The pickup process overall was easy. Yes you have to drive to the other side of the airport to get customs clearance but it's not a big deal. We were able to take our time to load the boxes into our pickup without being rushed. I'm very grateful for the staff for making the process easy and stress free.

poor service. the management has always been clueless. it would help if they came out of their ivory towers and see what is going on. they need to see gta , Cass, AC and Menzes . The competition service is much better. Bring back Theresa and that nice Canadian Chinese guy on front desk.

Please allow me to give this company Zero start! All bunch of crooks! For Docking and terminal fee Air Canada charges $30 for the shipment! They have their own rule they charged me $200. Which I remember it used to be $60 not that long ago. And they have the worse company policy! My shipment arrived Friday evening and the documents that they have to prepare for my custom clearance. They cannot have it ready before the Saturday morning. I took the documents one hour after they opened and went straight to custom clearance two hours after that around noon time I had the shipment custom cleared and I just wanted to clear whatever the docking charges are so I can have the shipping company picked up this shipment and have it delivered to the clients warehouse little that I knew that their company policy is that they will charge for at 360 KG shipment $220 for not picking it up within the 48 hours which is during the weekend so my deadline was to pick up the shipment before Monday. Whereas no transportation company works on Sunday and Saturdays and no companies warehouses are open to receive this shipment. Just because this company has this absurd policy to make the clients life more difficult, and make more money in return from them. Even though the counter desk lady was kind enough to find out if there was any transportation company that will pick up the shipment on the weekend and she got the same answer as I have been getting weekend is weekend and nobody works on the weekend, and just because they do, it’s not their problem I have dealt with many bonded warehouses and the normal charges are on the $40-$60 for an extra day. Every warehouse has a leniency to give few hours extra to pick up the shipment but they are so rigid in their policy just because they want to take advantage of every single client that comes through their door, I would recommend avoid this crook company if you can. If your cargo is coming from British Airways, Turkish airline, United Airlines, Qatar airways, Etihad , and Caribbean airlines then you have no choice but to deal with this crook company. Try to choose Air Canada. You will get much cheaper and better service than them. Truly the worse company in the world. And worse people to deal with! Total Scammers !

Please allow me to put Zero StarWorst place, Very Bad service.I came here to pickup my shipment morning 7am as the office hours is 06am to 10pm and they are saying the Manager is still not here to open the vault.Manager will be on the site only after 10am.Front desk lady was very cooperative she tried to contact manager but Manager said he will come only after 1am.They should have update their timings according to the Manager.
