My experience at the Oakville Rehab Clinic has always been positive. I am an MVA patient and the care I have received and continue to receive at the Clinic always exceeded my expectations. Aside from the needed care a patient with my ailments needs both short and long term, what truly stands out and sets this clinic above all others is the personal relationships. The doctors, medical assistants and office staff are all very friendly, personable and always great you with a smile A visit to a medical clinic is first and foremost to get the care you need, but the friendly people make these types of medical visits comfortable and enjoyable. I drive 30 minutes to the clinic when there are clinics everywhere in my town. The experience is worth my time and money for gas that I continue to commute to this clinic. Special thanks to the current professionals working on me at the moment Dina (Physiotherapist), Eric (Chiropractor), but also a very needed acknowledgment to all the front / back office staff that add so much to the positive experience during every visit. Highly recommended

I have been a patient for a number of years and I’ve returned to ORC most recently for physiotherapy. The attention, care and expertise I have received has been outstanding. Dina and her team have helped me through my darkest times. I know I have a long road ahead of me but I’m in the best of hands. I am a new patient at this clinic. The physiotherapist Dina did not perform any basic initial assessments and only ask rudimentary questions like where is the pain.At least after the basic questions I thought I will be taken to a private room, but I was asked to lie down in an open hall without any screen for privacy and then plugged into a machineApparently today was Dina's birthday, she kept on eating pizzas and cake while applying cream. Her boorish behavior and talk makes me believe that she was drunk. After switching on the ultrasound machine she asked an intern to do the job while she went onto chit chat and eat with her colleagues. During the ultrasound treatment , rest of the staff started crowding around me and were chatting and laughing loudly. This is such bad practice - from safety and professionalism point of view. Moreover, not only was this disrespectful towards me as a patient but also as a human being.After 30 mins of the session my pain got really bad. I am not even sure whether the method they followed was correct. This felt like a complete waste of time and money. I also feel utterly humiliated after being treated this way.I would advise people to stay away from this clinic. The unprofessional and uncouth behavior of the staff was shockingly deplorable and I can't imagine how they are employed in a healthcare related industry. I would urge any licensing board or authority to check up on this 'clinic' and evaluate whether they should be allowed to continue in this business.I am fairly certain that most of the positive reviews here are either fake or paid for. STAY AWAY!!

My experience at Oakville Rehab center has been very positive. Dina my physiotherapist has been amazing. She is knowledgeable, professional, and has helped me immensely. I am almost fully recovered from my rotator cuff injury. Thank you Dina and all the staff at ORC.

I have been seeing Dina at ORC for the past 7 months for treatment on a chronic injury. She has been so wonderful in explaining every approach she uses to treat me. She clearly has extensive experience and utilizes many different treatment options. Dina is professional, kind, knowledgeable and charismatic! She is always re-assessing my symptoms and listens to my concerns. Dina has been very reassuring in that my injury will improve but will take quite some time and reminds me to be patient (something I’m not particularly good at). The entire team at ORC is fantastic. I trust Dina implicitly; she is a tremendous physiotherapist!

I always have a pleasant service at Oakville Rehab centre. Oakville Rehab Centre always provides an outstanding service, professionals, and experienced staff, and a friendly welcoming environment. I have been their patient for over 10 years now. Dr. Dawtrey, and Dina are the best in the field in Oakville area, if not in GTA overall. My back condition is very chronic, yet they always have the knowledge and experience to ease my pain. They are very compassion and caring are always beyond their line of duty . Thank you so much!!!
