We had a great experience with Chucks last weekend. Our water pump went on our way to our wedding photos, 10 minutes before closing on Friday. They had the part, for a great price, and even delivered it to where we had broken down. Amazing customer service! Thank you!

Very roomy new location. Knowledgable staff and lots of them in the back to assist. Quick to help when they see me wandering around unsure if what I am doing. They saved me money in getting me the right part and not trying to needlessly upsell me. I was blowing headlights so they got me the cheaper types and gave me tips to isolate the problem before buying the more costly type. Their advice worked, I found the problem and saved myself 80 bucks in parts and hundreds in mechanical bills. Thank you.

This store is awesome! I blew a bearing on my boat trailer on the way back from Smithers to the lower mainland. It was on a long weekend. The guys/gals there must've made 20+ phone calls trying to find a shop that could fit me in. They finally called someone and he fixed my trailer in the parking lot. He also used the tools from the shop! Excellent customer service with people that care!!! Many thanks everyone at that store!

Extremely overpriced. Wanted over $120 for a rad hose for a jimmy, got the same one for $60, that's with taxes at napa. Every part I've looked for there is twice as much as anywhere else. Complete rip off

Definitely the place to go for parts or great advice on fixing your vehicle. We make this a monthly stop as things are always breaking down or parts are needed to be replaced .....great service, excellent prices!

They give amazing customer support. They opened after hours on a long weekend. I had been traveling from Prince George to vancouver and my alternator failed.
