Truly the worst doctor you could imagine. Rude, unhelpful, dismissive and a dangerous, negligent approach to health care overall. These reviews are downplaying how terrible she is. I made the mistake of settling for her out of convenience despite reading the reviews prior, and I have never in my life dealt with a less competent doctor—nothing but regret about even going. Stay away at all cost. Even prescription refills are a burden with her, which is not only strange but extremely concerning. Nothing you ask or are concerned about is ever deemed valid or understandable, and it’s all treated as irrational and you are made to feel as an inconvenience for her.

This doctor has been my doctor for many years. She was a very rude person right from the start. But it was hard to find doctors so I stayed with her practice. My last visit was a very horrifying visit. I was sitting in one of her waiting rooms and I could hear that she was not having a very good morning. She was in the next room with two of her other patients and she was talking so loudly and sounded so angry. I could hear what she was talking to them about and what illnesses they had. When it was my turn she came into the room and stood at the door with the door wide open. I was trying to talk to her about my concerns about the COVID vaccine and how I was feeling, and she was not having it. I felt she wanted me to feel only her opinion mattered with the situation. She was extremely loud everyone could hear her talking to me. She didn't want me in her office because I wasn't vaccinated and she denied me basic medical care when I asked because I wasn't double vax. More was said but I don't want to get into all of that. Basically, the end result was she told me to find another doctor walked out of the room went into her office slammed the door and that was that. Wow! our medical system.

Not friendly and so rude, how is she a doctor?

I have never had such a rude and unpleasant experience especially at the doctors. She did not care for any of my questions and disregarded everything I said. When I had another request she rolled her eyes at me and walked out the door, indicating our appointment was over. I would NOT recommend going to her. You will leave feeling disrespected, disappointed, and frustrated. Your symptoms will be left unchecked. Also, parking here is terrible.

I too would not recommend Dr Yuan to anyone. She makes you feel disrespected and quite silly for even asking a question. We went to her for many years simply because we couldn't find another doctor in the area. She has absolutely no bedside manner and when my husband died 6 years ago she was mad that the hospital hadn't sent her the records from my husbands death and spent more time on her laptop fretting about that rather than turning her attention on me and being comforting or sorry. Nasty!!! I can totally relate to the women talking about the forms I also went through this with her, she charged me for every bloody form and made a huge deal; about how much time it took her to fill them out!

Horrible doctor with no manners. Really bad at her job

THE WORST DOCTOR EVER!!!! I am genuinely in absolute shock after visiting Bernadette Yuan. All the 1 star reviews are true, she is incredibly rude, ill-mannered, stubborn, irritable, and overall EXTREMELY unpleasant. I'm not sure what her problem is, but maybe it's time to retire. She was dismissive and annoyed about my medical issues, and completely wrote me off. Whats more, is that she made pointed remarks about my appearance that had nothing to do with my medical issue. I came in for a medical-related issue, but at the end of our appointment, she made a snide comment along the lines of, oh by the way

I stopped going to this doctor when I told her I had lost my sense of smell for 3 months and she told me I was fine. She disregarded me so badly that she made me scared to go back. 9 months later I finally addressed my no smell issue with a walk in doctor who said I should have addressed this a long time ago. I had sever sinusitis and within 1 day of antibiotics I could smell again. This was not the only time this doctor had disregarded my symptoms and I have no idea how she still has a practice.

Have had her as family Doc for 24 Years and we are officially done. Dr.Yuan Bernadette is inconsiderate & extremely rude. Recently had a family memeber reach out for Mental Health Support and recieved nothing other then her asking for forms to be filled out, claiming addidction, stating would need a miracle" to recover. I HIGHLY recoommend people to SERIOUSLY choose a different Doctor."
