Since Extra Pharmacy opened, we have been filling all our prescriptions at the store. We are completely satisfied with the service in terms of (a) reliability (b) professional advice. The pharmacist, Navine, goes out of her way to help, even on short notice and in emergencies. For example, when my family had the covid and we were unable to go outside due to self-quarantine, I telephoned her for over-the-counter medications and test kits. She delivered the items without delay at my door. She is very knowledgeable about the pharmacology and, what's more, she knows all the side effects of a drug and provides vital information.So, on a scale of 1 to 10, I give Extra Pharmacy a 10 without hesitation and qualifications: the pharmacist combines personal and professional service that I cannot get elsewhere. I have full confidence in her.

Terrible and rude service. Their system is terrible as well as their management. We made a cancellation for an appointment with Nevine and she called a couple hours later asking why the appointment was a no-show when she was already told about the appointment being cancelled. Then when an appointment was made a couple months later, they called saying they are cancelling it and made up a reason that did not make sense. Now they are avoiding our calls on purpose. Would not recommend using their service at all.

Great neighborhood pharmacy with amazing kind staff. Went to get a covid test today and although there was a slight delay due to being extremely busy, it was fast and convenient. Well worth the wait. Highly recommended.

I have had to get COVID testing twice per week for the last 5 months. Started at another Pharmacy before I found Extra Mile Pharmacy. 'Wow' is all I can say...they are not only the most friendly pharmacy team I have ever met but are also highly efficient and flexible. They make a pretty yucky experience (COVID Testing) way better than you would expect because they do everything with one thing in mind...the customer (you). Thanks for everything you do Extra Mile Pharmacy.

Extra Mile Pharmacy! What a fitting name for our beloved neighborhood pharmacy. They truly and consistently goes the extra mile to meet all your needs. The customer service here is not only outstanding, you are also treated like family. The Pharmacist, Nevine, is very friendly and ready to answer any questions you might have, wether it being with regards to your prescriptions or sound medical advice. She is known to go out of her way to make sure you are up to date with all your prescriptions. She is very kind, and quickly builds relationships with her customers…one in a million person

This pharmacy lives up to their name. Navine went extra mile to verify the dose of antibiotic prescribed to my 4 y/o son as she thought it was overdosage. She didn’t stop reaching out to the doctor to verify the rx and turned out that it was really the wrong dosage. Thank you for doing that, very professional and genuinely cares for her patient. Thank you.

Extra Mile pharmacy is the best pharmacy in Mississauga! The service is the best, most personalized service my family has ever received from any pharmacy. The staff is always helpful and knowledge, reminds my Senior parents when it’s time to refill their medications, speaks to them about their medication and always ready to answer questions with patience and kindness. 10/10 recommend!
