The best service EVER! I needed to ship out glass artwork during the Christmas rush. Kevin worked with me to save me money - he packed in with the least amount of materials and space needed. Whenever I ship glass, there is always the chance of breaking. My shipment arrived on time at the Gallery and every piece was in perfect condition. Thank you so much, Kevin!

They have a ridiculous policy called tape fee and they charge you $3 dollars just to put tape on your package. Not sure if it's a local policy or UPS policy but you can't charge people $3 for putting tape where as it is free in Canada Post. Worst experience ever with UPS.

They charge $1.00 to put a small piece of tape to your box. The guy said it came to us for cost and it’s not free. I really couldn’t believe it what I was listening. Hope he rectifyNot giving him my business at all.Ups needs to address this as well.

As a business owner in town, the lack of customer service was appalling. No hello, was just yelling at me from the back saying “is it drop off” couldn’t be bother to get up off his chair and off his personal cell phone to see what I needed. When asking a question of “saying I was told my package needed to be scanned”. Still wouldn’t get off his cel phone conversation and just kept telling me to put it their on a back table and went about his personal conversation. So hopefully my package scans right as Canada post couldn’t get it to scan and told me to take it to ups!

This store has gone down hill since the new manager took over. This guy is just not good. We all miss Kevin and the old staff.

Kevin and his staff are incredible. Not only is their customer service top-notch, they have gone above and beyond what I thought was possible. As a small-buisness owner it is important for me to know that my customers are going to get their shipments on time or early. Kevin and his staff have been nothing but helpful in us growing our business and reputation. I highly recommend him and his staff- it is always a great (exceeding expectations) experience for me.

Yesterday was my first experience using this store. Ven was a pleasure to deal with. I shipped a somewhat longish parcel that I didn't have a suitable box for at home. Ven packaged it for me and shipped it at a significantly better price than Purolator. It arrived this morning in Ottawa 45 minutes ahead of schedule. I'm very pleased.

Had the pleasure of using the services of UPS in Alliston today. Kevin was amazing and helped me with a complicated (I thought) international order. He was able to take care of all the details and I left there knowing that my order was in good hands! Great to have a UPS store back in town!
