We went with a short window of time before having to be at another appointment. It took awhile to be acknowledged and seated. The manager (I imagine) was informed by myself that we had a tinning to meet. He didn’t say anything to indicate he was listening. He took our drink order and left. The waitress came over with three waters for us and I asked if she knew that we ordered drinks and she said no. I told her we informed the man and she didn’t seem surprised to hear that. He came back with our drinks on a dirty tray leaving smears of sundries tomato on our table. He was completely obvious. I made sure none of our drinks or plates ended up on the mess. He never noticed. The server was good and she knew we had to leave before 5. She was attentive and I would recommend her as a server but the place was not very organized at all. They were not busy and there were enough working to support the three tables. I’m not sure I would return to this place again.

Had a great dinner here with family on Friday night! The food and service were both excellent. Our server was Norah, she was very attentive, friendly and made our experience great.

I wish I could give a higher star rating .. I would give this location a 10. It was such a great atmosphere to enjoy a fabulous date night with my partner. The food was AMAZING and our waitress, Nicole was a whirlwind of charisma, positive attitude and the most amazing customer service we have experienced in quite a long time. The restaurant was busy and all the staff worked together to ensure we were all taking care of. We will most definitely be back next time we're in town.

From start to finish our experience at East Sides was smooth. Called to make a reservation, excellent communication on the phone.Danni was our server for my daughters birthday. We had a group of 8, she was very polite, attentive, and delivered great service. Food was tasty.Thanks for a wonderful dining experience.

I went there 3 weeks ago and it was such a great atmosphere to enjoy an amazing date with my husband. The food was fantastic and our waiter, William had such a positive attitude and one of the most amazing waiter we have experienced in a long time. I definitely recommend this restaurant to others.

We were in there 2 weeks ago for supper. William was our server. He was amazing. He was friendly and considerate. Very knowledgeable at what he does. One concern was our meal was a little cold on arriving to our table. It did take a while as well for the food to come but William came over and assured us it wouldn’t be long and he constantly checked in on us to make our dinner an excellent experience. Awesome waiter.

Waitress was very slow moving and never came around. The restaurant was pretty busy but the kitchen staff stood on their heads! The guy wearing blue making pasta was keeping up and still making great food, the guy making pizza (after he was done in kitchen) was making great looking zaa while pumping them out in a awesome time frame! Staff was doing great with the mad 4:00 rush. Would have given a 5 star but our waitress dropped it down as she was the only one not rushing around to keep up.. had the manager give us our soup and salad after ours meals arrived. Received our drinks almost half an hour later and didn’t get refills until we were ready to pay our bills.
