This store has been around for a very long time. Very historic. Great local meat selection along with friendly knowledgeable staff make this a place worth stopping by.

The store is always friendly and kind. They always have a hello for you and will help the very best they can. I rather go here then a sobeys when buying for a few days at a time.

Huttges has the best meats anywhere! Certainly the best German sausages you can purchase outside of Germany. Customer service is also always top-notch! Highly recommend coming here!

Having lived most of my life in a small village, nothing brings back lovely memories like a walk through the local general store. If this is what you used to do, you will be in heaven.This store has everything and nothing. Will what you are looking for be there? Maybe. Or not.But this is the point. We walked in to get snacks and left with Italian sausage! We were not going there for sausages, we wanted chips!!! We did get them but ended up with more than what we wanted originally . To walk around and snoop is half the fun.Place looks like it was built way back but it is what gives the store it's appeal.The employee that was there was very nice and helpful. Nothing bad to say about it.

Fantastic sausages, made fresh on a regular basis. You can also buy sausage meat by the pound that is delicious in pasta sauce, etc. Also stocks local produce and bread. Has a wide variety of generic groceries; prices vary from comparable to markets in larger centres, to much more expensive ($11 for 300g of Nabob ground coffee!) but you expect that from a relatively remote general store. Friendly customer service!

This is what makes st Martin's tick. All the things people need, although I did not find saddles or horseshoes :pStore made sausage of high quality. Small selection of souvenirs. They even have cr2032 batteries and pickling vinegar.

We make sure to stop by every time we head to Saint Martins (or do we go to Saint Martins when we come here?). Make sure to pack a cooler for you tasty finds. Make sure to check out what sausages are available!!
