My go-to game store. The staff are all friendly and make you feel welcome. They'll chat with you for a bit, but they won't push a conversation if you prefer to do your shopping quietly. Trading in is also a good option, since they give you good value and allow you to take cash. The location is also perfect, since the Burnhamthorpe and Dixie nexus is a fair distance from the nearest game chain.The only complaint I do have about the store would be the item stock. From my understanding that's an issue with the distributor, but new game releases are pretty hit or miss. Either they get new products in very early, or a few days late. Not a big issue, but hey this is an honest review. I've had to pick some games up digitally because they weren't available at the store.

Great little store. Now that VGP is gone this will be my new game store when I want to avoid EB games. Great service, friendly guys working and they’ll try and give you the best price they can. Even threw in stickers for my nephew.

He seems more informed and knowledgeable than the average video game store salesman.Great selection, good use of space, the store is packed with all kinds of games for every system you can think of.Could use more retro games though.But I liked it overall.

One of the best game stores I've been to, they have a wide selection on games (with reasonable prices) , also the welcoming vibe when you walk in. The staff was able to answer all my question and give their personal opinions. Ever since my first experience their, I have been going there for all my gaming needs. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place.

Customer service rating only as I cancelled my order...Great selection. They had exactly what I was looking for while shopping for some retro gaming items. I ultimately had to cancel my purchase at the last minute prior to shipping. The service was prompt and courteous and my money was refunded immediately.

Cool little gaming store in Rockwood Mall. Great selection with fair prices. Worth checking out if you're looking for a specific game, console or accessory. Their customer service is always top notch. They are always warm, friendly and enthusiastic. Would recommend!

Purchased 4 used games online. Had an issue with one, was informed that I could stop by the store anytime to pick up a replacement since this is what I had requested rather than a refund. Stopped by the store today, asked for a replacement and also for it to be tested in store. The Gentleman serving me made the effort to take out and wire an xbox just to test the game for my own peace of mind. I paid very good prices for my used games and would definitely recommend this place.

Amazing the prices are great the games are great and they will always have what you are looking for. My only Complaint is the staff they are almost always chit-chating about things and you need to get there attention when trying to ask for, or buy something. But overall a great store will come here again. 5 Stars!!!!

Amazing selection on everything! This store is packed from floor to ceiling. Definitely worth checking out if your in the Toronto (GTA) area. Employees are friendly and polite, noticeable emphasis on customer service, good return policy. Cool store, I highly recommend this place.
