We needed some piping repairs on our hot tub and were fortunate to have a very knowledgeable, friendly and technician tend to our repairs. He did a great job and also let us know about other issues that he found during the visit. I would definitely use Fix My Hot Tub" for future repairs and or maintenance."

Took three weeks to get someone here to look at my tub, which had drained completely. The technician was excellent though and worth the wait. He explained the problem in detail, had the parts to repair it and ordered some jets for me that had come out. So helpful! The whole process took no more than 30 minutes. Definitely will continue to use this service if I have problems in the future.

We received excellent service, we have a very old tub but the service tech new exactly how to fix it. Would highly recommend.

Andrew the tech was awesome. We had a problem with our Hot Tub ClearRay system on Friday afternoon. I called the service department and they said they would have someone come out first thing on Saturday. Sure enough the tech arrive at 9:15am and bypassed the system as he needed to order a part. This way we could at least enjoy the Jacuzzi with friends on Saturday night. A few hours later the service department called me back and said Andrew picked up the part in Burlington and wanted to come back and install it. I had left the garage open for him and he came and went without a peep, just a note on the door to let us know it was all fixed.

I have been dealing with Fix My Hot Tub Burlington for many years as I had purchased 2 Jacuzzis from them over the years. Fortunately the Jacuzzi is an excellent brand that has not required much repair work. However, there are always some issues that pop up. Again fortunately the hot tubs were under warranty when I had my issues and they were fixed promptly and professionally by trained service reps. No problems honouring the warranty. I have been very happy with their service.

Fantastic service! The technician was so professional, and spent the time to make sure he inspected everything to make sure our hot tub was all set for winter use. We’ve used Fix my Hot Tub in the past and will continue to use them for all our hot tub needs in the future!!!!

Fantastic communication and great service. Fixed issue with spa - all covered under warranty. Even recommended heater solution to ensure equipment didn't freeze while waiting for service. thank you - all running again!

We set up a service appointment for Sept 24/22. Jamie the service technician arrived on time to diagnose why our hot tub was losing water. He quickly found the problem , one of the pumps was leaking. He proceeded to drain the tub ,replaced the faulty pump and then refilled the tub and tested it to be sure the problem was solve. This tech was knowledgeable and was more than happy to answer any questions I had. We would definitely recommend Fix My Hot Tub to anyone looking for value and great service. We will be calling them in the future if we require anymore service calls. Thanks again Jamie for the great customer service.
