We have Al to thank for literally saving our lives a few days ago. On returning from Ottawa airport around 2am on 416S, my buddy suddenly got so sick that he lost control of the car and we ended up getting stuck in a snowbank at least 4-5ft deep. I have not used your service, and I probably won't unless this driver smartens up and stops parking in front of fire hydrants regularily.Update: This truck has been seen daily doing this for 2 weeks at the same address. This was not due to snow removal. The behaviour has seemed to be corrected, so I will upgrade the review in the coming days, as well as remove the photos

I got into an accident and of course all the different tow trucks start circling like vultures. I was approached by a number of different tow trucks companies and they all tried to sell me their services, but I was very mistrusting. I have to say that this mistrust helped me find the right towing company. The others were trying to purely sell, while express towing was very respectful and willing to calmly answer my questions. Their services were very helpful and smooth. I would definitely recommend them!

Great, quick service in the Barrhaven area! Called tonight for a family member after their starter failed and Ali showed up in 15 mins while I waited with family til the car was hooked up. This was the second time I had used this company and both times have been fantastic.

It's time for accountability for rude and unprofessional drivers! This dude has to know that he's representing the company while he's outside. Also drivers need to be trained for safety reasons. Cutting off the other drivers on the road while he's not in an emergency and honking at the gas station is rude&unprofessional this character also can lead to collusion. The company has to watch out this agitated driver in the city. Drive safe and follow the traffic rules.

Hi I just wanted to make sure the good deeds don't go unnoticed. I was stranded with a dead battery and needed to move my car for snow removal. I saw a tow truck and waived at him for help. The driver's name was Alex and he totally saved me! he was very courteous and extremely helpful, and when I told him my situation he immediately took care of everything so I could get out of the way. So all I can say is thank you so much Alex!
