I got a $5 off coupon in the mail so I thought I'd check freshco out, and so glad I did! The best prices on every item, and to top it off I got two reusable bags for free. Fresh co is definitely my new favorite grocery store. Side note they have really interesting items from around the world not just aisa but European products as well, very cool!

Couldn't find a basket. Noticed they are now selling them for six dollars a piece or per use? Knowing the way greedflation is going I would not be surprised. I just wanted to borrow one to put the stuff in. I don't much like the store colors enough to buy a basket. Since I had no basket to put the stuff in without paying for one to use I left and didn't buy anything.

Terrible experience there today. First of all there were store employees, including a manager that kept watching my wife and I as though we were stealing. Obvious and insulting, as we have been patrons of this store for years.Then the checkout girl on i believe #4, was kind of rude, stonefaced, didn't even ask us for scene, we had to present it for her, didn't say hello, not a word from her. Poor customer service all around. Learn how to smile and greet customers. Treat your patrons like guests not criminals.

Called our prescription order in two days previous and order was still not ready when it was supposed to be - again. This is the last time. Moving my prescription somewhere else. Always a gong show here! Grocery prices aren’t cheap enough to put up with this.

I went to the store today to get my refund for being overcharged for 2 items last week. I had called about it and the fellow I spoke to checked the signage and told me that I was right. So I explained all of this to the store manager, Lois D., and she made me feel like I was a liar. I'm a senior and shop there all the time and spend quite a bit of money. But that's okay because I will never go back again. I don't appreciate being treated so disrespectfully. I will also report this incident to their head office.

Alright first of all, how is the meat here allowed to be so cheap? It's because it's bad meat. Bought chicken for the first time and it smelt like a written body. Apparently they get a ton of returns from meat to written chunky milk. This is horrid. I'd like to know where there meat comes from. They did pay me my money back but still....

*PHARMACY*I think the new hours are 10 to 7 on weekdays and 10 to 6 on Saturdays and holidays. And now closed Sundays. These don't apply to the entire store though, just the pharmacy. Hope this is helpful :)

they have signs plastered on the doors that say backpacks are not allowed in the building? this is the dumbest rule I have ever heard & im very glad it’s hardly enforced. I wear my backpack to work & there is no way they are going to force me to leave it anywhere where it is not with me. I have been shopping here since it opened & im just disappointed to say the least. this is the only grocery store within walking distance in this neighborhood. this seems very targeted & I hope they take the signs down.
