generator install went well and it was done within 10 days of calling. professional and pleasant to deal with. I will use PASS again in the future. they kept the area clean, quote was accurate to the final invoice, they arrived with all the supplies they needed on the first trip.

I am doing a small home renovation and had real issues getting contactor to do a quote. I called Pass Electric, they scheduled me in, called to confirm the meeting was still on. Parker showed up on time, we went through everything. He then gave me my quote and we went through it again. After I signed the quote Parker went right to work, no having to work me into his schedule. Two days, totally done at the same as the quote price. He even called me to ensure I was happy with everything before he sent the invoice. Absolutely 100% service from everyone in this company! I am pleased to review Pass Electric and the service provided. A recent arrival to Red Deer I purchased a home that required major upgrades to the electrical panel and installation of outlets. I am a senior and I am constantly being told to be wary of being taken advantage of so I was prepared to be a little leery of whomever I contracted. Parker arrived and explained in detail what would be required and the cost of the project down to the penny! They handled all permits and inspections, advised me in advance of any power shutdowns and met all scheduled deadlines. I sincerely have never dealt with a more professional and genial company! Parker and his crew were respectful of my home and when they were finished everything was left clean and tidy. I cannot say enough about this company and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

I cannot say enough about the service we received from Pass Electric, booking the project to begin with was a breeze, the office staff are amazing to deal with and will do their best to accommodate your schedule. I had Greg as our technician, beyond amazing! If you want someone who is thorough with what he does, definitely ask for Greg! He is funny, courteous , professional, oh goodness I can go on. He will not leave the job site unless he is confident you are satisfied with the job that has been done and that nothing was missed. HIGHLY recommend!!!

While at our facility, Tim had noticed some lights out and later contacted our office to say that he was sending a technician over to fix that for us. It was such a nice surprise and we can't thank them enough for their help!

Absolutely an amazing company. I was in search for a new general electrical maintenance partner for my facility came across Pass Electric. They eagerly jumped at the opportunity to work with us. Not long after I wanted to upgrade our lighting system to LED, and they came, provided a quote and after a long delay waiting for approval they came and completed the job.They communicated the whole time on the process, worked with our schedule, let us know if something wasn't working, and the best part, was they were honest about everything.Special shout out to Greg and his coworker Matt for all their hard work. Definitely going to get them to help us for our next project.

I am very impressed by how quickly they came out to my home, gave me a quote, and then returned within days to do the work.They were punctual. I especially appreciate that they took the time to explore and explain the options to me, and did not pressure me. Once I said yes, they arranged for the City of Red Deer to come out simultaneously on some work that had to be coordinated with them.Paul and Parker were kind enough to wear masks and booties in the house, and vacuumed the sawdust from a new outlet they installed.They installed an external 20A circuit, since the panel is nearly full, and passed it through a protected conduit around the house and into my son's new home office, to prevent having to open up the walls. Paul and Parker took real pride in their work, and made it look beautiful.They were thoughtful, friendly, professional, and treated my home as if it were their own.
