I'm extremely impressed with Net Zero. Steve was extremely responsive, timely, and did a wonderful job. Furthermore, as I was not able to be there when the work was done, I appreciated that he took the time to take before and after pictures of the attic. Thank you Steve (and any workers I did not get to meet) for all your hard work.

Can't recommend NetZero enough to do your insulation work. Entire team was friendly, professional, and informative. They kept me up to date on everything that was going on. They took pictures of everything they were going to do before they started and included all this info and pictures in the invoice. Then when they removed all the old insulation they immediately made me aware of any issues they found under the insulation and discussed all options. When they were done they made sure that everything was cleaned up like they hadn't even been there. They go above an beyond what you would expect and I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Steve and company upgraded are fiberglass attic insulation, installed additional vents and sealed all the lights boxes, bathroom ventilation fans and attic access hatch.The quote was clear, competitive and they were able to schedule us into our very tight time frame.They were very courteous showed me photos of all their work and cleaned up everything on completion.Professional operation!

I really liked the workers. Steve who gave me the quote was actually supervising and working the project. They did everything and more than what was done in the first assessment. Steve actually took the time in the assessment to enter the attic, document with pictures before and after and advised on air sealing which will pay off greatly. Others just wanted to blow in insulation, in and out as cheap as possible. The staff liked working with this Net Zero which to me says that Net Zero cares about their workers and the workers care about the job they do. They cleaned up and and left no trace that they were there. I am very pleased. I don’t know if others do this but they installed paper measuring guides on the trusses to ensure they maintained the correct depth and then checked with a laser. I know I got what I paid for.

Steve did a fabulous job air sealing my home. He was super knowledgeable about the current rebates, and ensures that every possible spot in our home was sealed up including a drafty cellar door, pot lights, cracks and holes in a closet.

Attic insulation replaced & upgradedAfter a very positive endorsement from my brother-in-law and sister regarding their experience with Net Zero, I reached out to the company for an inspection and free quote. Steve Kenny, company owner, contacted me promptly and arranged for the quote. He did the quote himself, took many pictures, explained what needed to be done and made the decision making process very easy.On the day the work was to be done, his crew showed up early ready to get to work. They were prompt, effective, efficient, professional and friendly. They were also very respectful of our concerns and our home. They went to great lengths to ensure nothing was damaged while the work was being done. We especially appreciated this.When the work was done, Steve showed me pictures of all the work that had been done. This simply confirmed that we had made the right decision.As for cost, would a 'Blow & Go' insulation top-up service been cheaper? Maybe. Would they provide the service and value that Net Zero provided? Not a chance. All things considered, my wife and I believe this was money very well spent and we will be happily recommending Net Zero whenever the opportunity arises.

Air sealing and attic insulation.I saw the company advertised on Facebook so reached out through messenger. They responded promptly and professionally. They arranged a time to meet with me, I found them to be accommodating and available. They communicated on the day of the appointment, arrived promptly, were professional and I appreciated that they were protective of my home. They fully inspected my attic provided a quote and pictures. The process is super thorough which gave me added peace of mind as the age of my home I was unsure of any hidden problems. They addressed all my concerns. This company made me feel my home and my satisfaction was important. Great work and great staff.
