I booked LV Clean through a recommendation from someone in my building. Minerva was so responsive and prompt with replying. She was very easy to work with and answered all my questions. I sent her a request of specific jobs I wanted done and every single one of them was done exceptionally well. Sandy cleaned my apartment and she did an excellent job, was respectful of my stuff and I will absolutely be hiring them again. My place is spotless and I am really pleased! Will be hiring them again.

To start off, I came here for “training” that is apparently 25 hours long & you don’t even know if you’re employed or not. That was the first red flag. Minerva is really not who she displays to be. The first day was an ok day but I didn’t appreciate the non-consent touching that she did to me. There’s a way to walk pass people without touching their waist or behind. The products she uses are extremely dirty with a “musty” smell because she simply doesn’t allow her equipment/rags to dry so she stuffs them in plastic bags. Second day, she has an attitude and kept instigating drama with me because she felt as though I had a “problem” with her. I am an independent person who keeps to myself and since the first day I let her know that . Her way of communicating is she’s rude & talks over you and doesn’t let you talk & then instigates an argument over absolutely nothing. If you know your worth please do not consider working with these people. She may come off as a nice lady but what she displays to certain people is astonishing really. I felt judged the whole time because I am a frail person with tattoos & she automatically would think I had “issues”. Worst experience with this person ever honestly .

Best cleaning experience I have ever had! Minerva was a sweetheart, took such a good care of my messy apartment and left it the cleanest I have ever seen.Not to mention she is literally the best with doggos. Can't recommend enough, super happy! :)

I found LV Clean on a Facebook group and there were so many great reviews so I decided to contact them to book a move out clean. We settled on a date and I had to reschedule three times due to reno delays. Minerva was very patient with me and continued to provide several options. She was always very quick to respond as well. The place was cleaned thoroughly and I will definitely be using her services in the future.

Made my ten year old condo look brand new! I got the full cleaning service on my condo which hadn’t been professionally cleaned in three years and the results were amazing. My condo is truly sparkling.

We have used LV Clean for the past 2 years for our condo and we have always found Minerva and her team to be punctual, thorough, and kind! We had tried a couple of different companies before stumbling upon LV and before I would always find something the cleaner missed or didn't do well. This isn't the case with LV. We have always been happy with our cleans from them! They are always good with our dog as well, which is a bonus.

I used LV Clean for the first time and can't say enough good things about the cleaners. They worked non-stop (despite my protests that they take a break) and left our apartment sparkly clean. You could eat off the floors, if you wanted! If you need your apartment cleaned, don't think twice: book them right away. I highly recommend them.
