The only good part was to deal with Ehab who is a very nice and responsive salesman, other than that our experience with this store has been absolutely terrible which were outside of Ehab’s control.We liked their sofa sets in store and ordered three pieces with our selected fabric and wood colour in Nov 2022 and got them in Feb 2022. once they arrived we were absolutely shocked that neither fabric nor wood colour were what we ordered. We were told that it was fabricator’s fault in Turkey and that has never happened before and we HAVE TO wait until they ship us the correct model. After wasting three months of our time and getting their money they didn’t even offer to give us refund option because of their mistake due to a general term mentioned in the contract. We asked to guarantee to deliver this time within two months up to end of April 2022 and they agreed. Then in May we were told it’d take longer because of longer delivery and after checking tracking number we noticed they had shipped too late from the first place to keep their promise. Then were told that it’ll arrive in 19 May which later were told the tracking number is not right and the item was held in customs. Now we are in June and we’ve not still received out item and the funny part is that they cannot even provide an estimated date! 6 months of our life into garbage and 5K already paid for lack of care and empty promises by this company and we’re not even sure that they will not make the same mistake again. Instead of blaming 3rd parties like fabricator or shipping company they could have done much more to avoid this circumstances, they could have done contacted their fabricator to do a quality check and avoid this stupidity, After wasting so much of our time they could have pushed to ship the second time at the promised time, now they are blaming the shipping company. After so many irresponsible acts I cannot take any more excuses and reasonings. After all we were Glara’s customers, we signed YOUR contract and it was YOUR responsibility to do your best to make your customers happy and care. They’ve got our money in full and they play every sort of games with us and asked us to understand them without a bit of caring about the frustration we’ve been through. I’ll wait two more weeks and of don’t receive the right items will go for a full refund. However 6 months of our precious busy time was spent wondering around in worry with this company and our trust taken. Avoid them if you want to order something or you’ll be trapped. All they do is empty promises in words with no real actions.
