Dr. Khan is great, thorough and professional. Very knowledgeable. Recently, I've had some difficulty getting through to their phones and they haven't returned messages. But overall, decent family doctor.

I personally have also had a good experience with this location. Friendly staff, friendly doctors, always good medical attention.I come from long distances and often risk being late which they will request to move appointments around if that happens, totally understandable as they are very quick at this location, but a little annoying when littles don't want to be pack into the car on time.I also always book appointments ahead of time- most walk in appointments have always been available within a good amount of time.

I had gone to the walk-in for an eye infection at 10:05AM and was told I had to book an appointment at the nearest time which was 11:00AM. I waited until 11:00AM and didn't receive a call for more than 15 minutes, so I decided to go to another walk-in which took me in right away. The first call I received while in my appointment over 20 minutes late. I told them that I no longer require an appointment and the doctor with attitude responded with If you ever want to come back here you'll need to pay $40 dollars".Absolutely unprofessional. I've literally been trying to call this clinic for 3 weeks almost EVERYDAY and nobody picks up the phone or returns messages. I even showed up one Saturday when they were supposed to be open and was told they decided to close that day. Unbelievable...I cannot believe the lack of customer service. I just transfered to this clinic 6 months ago and will have to find a new place.

I was in the first time bringing my mother, as she wasn’t feeling well. The both receptionists (who I later found out their names as Linda & Joyce) were very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The doctor, who was a younger female, also treated my mother wonderfully. We stopped by this walk in clinic as it was the first one opening at 9am. Thank you kindly.

Dayspring Medical Centre Family Practice
My partner has been suffering with debilitating wrist and hand pain since October of '22. He became a regular patient at this clinic back in October in the hopes of figuring out what was going on with his hands. The initial visit was fine - promising. Although, we were given a requisition form for a completely different patient (containing private medical information) by the reception staff at that visit, and had to bring it back to get the correct form. Since then, it has been like pulling teeth to get any information/updates from this clinic. My partner waited from October '22 until February 27th of 2023 to get an appointment with a neurologist, and in that time NO treatment whatsoever (other than bracing and pain medication) had been offered to him. At the neurology appointment on the 27th, we were told by the neurologist and staff there that the records would be send to his family doctor here at Dayspring the following day and that we should be hearing from someone within the day or two following the appointment (to figure out a treatment plan). It is now March 12th and we have not heard a WORD back from Dayspring, despite many calls and emails (other than them saying that they are busy). He has been unable to work for the last several months due to pain and immobility issues with his hands. WHAT IS GOING ON AT THIS CLINIC? WE NEED ANSWERS. IF YOU CANNOT HANDLE THE VOLUME OF PATIENTS THAT YOU CURRENTLY HAVE, YOU NEED TO STOP TAKING WALK-IN APPOINTMENTS AND NEW PATIENTS. Beware to all who come here - we will be seeking a new family doctor at a better managed practice. I understand how overrun our healthcare system is, but this is peoples' livelihoods we are talking about. This is an unacceptable timeline for care.

Dayspring Medical Centre Family Practice
I walked in with my 16 month old son today and asked if they would be able to see him even though I didn’t have a same day appointment. The receptionist said she was not sure but would ask the doctor. I waited for 30 minutes before being told that they would not be able to see him after all. It was quite frustrating considering I could have already been at or atleast on my way to the next walk in clinic open. This was my first time there and definitely did not leave with a good view

Dayspring Medical Centre Family Practice
Speaking from a personal perspective and experience, I recommend this clinic for many reasons. First off, booking online is so easy and you’re always able to get in the next day, sometimes even day off if you try early enough. Dr. Vincent makes you feel comfortable, hears you out and is so willing to help. He’s been great with my entire family. No complaints. Give him a try.

I started as a patient here and almost immediately the doctor I was with left (no fault of anyone). The staff are impossible to get ahold of by phone to work out information and I cannot do anything online. No one calls back, you cannot leave message and overall my experience felt very disorganized.
