Fake reviews alert!I would give zero star if I could to this attorney, Saguy Barchichat. I am a hundred percent sure his reviews are fake. He is a horrible person as well as an incompetent lawyer. He literally dropped my case right before my appeal date and didn’t even give me a refund. I was left with only 12 days in which I had to find another immigration lawyer. Luckily I did find another immigration attorney who got my appeal’s decision overturned.It was a pretty simple case of spouse sponsorship which had been refused due to some minor issues and I went to this attorney for helping me with my appeal. Little did I know that this guy would be my worst nightmare. This guy has been humiliating me from our first meeting. My case was pretty simple and it could have been solved a long time ago if Mr Barchichat would have dealt it differently. He put zero effort in my case and kept asking for extensions from the court which delayed my appeal date longer than usual. He once told me that I am not the only client he is working with so I shouldn’t bother him much. He insulted me numerous times for not speaking perfect english even though English is not my first language. He lacks basic manners. He is a money monger and only time he would talk nicely when I would give him his fees instalments. Avoid this guy at any cost if you don’t want to be humiliated and if you don’t want to waste your money!
