On recommendations from other reviews, waited outside at 6 am to be in line for support services early. Doors opened right at 8 for the hallway. Door to support center opened at 815. Very prudent timing, but an entire waste of time, as the moment we came in they just stared at us with very little greeting, waiting for an explanation as to why we were there. After we explained what we were looking for, they told us that everything is done online now. We can use their computers, library computers, or home computers, but applications are all done online, period. There is no reason taxpayers should be paying for this office space, the employees should be allowed to work from home, as there are no in person support services offered. Waste of time, money, and resources.

This building should be torn down and housing for the for the homeless should go up

You guys keep giving some people income support since 6 years or seven years while they pretend that they study English, just go to norquest college you will find alot of people pretend that they study English since six years, is that normal to keep giving 2000$ dollars for some one since 2016 while we work every day full time to get this 2000 , is that fair? Is that normal?!! That's not good, that's frustrating and bad . Please give money to people who deserve. Keep looking at people who take income support since long time because again this not fair .

Amazing people works here, polite, caring, thoughtful, respectful, resourceful, and a lot more. Thank you so very much for everything, and thanks a lot for treating people the same. Thank you for being professional.It's busy, However, it's worth the visit, and it got a great reputation.

Horrible. got asked by one of your employees how much it is for a gram of c***k! AND she kept giving my bf the complete run around. Sent in all his applications about 3 times. Was still told they didn't receive it. The lady on the phone kept asking personal questions and kept making it so he would need to provide more and more documents due to personal situations even though he had already provided mandatory documents. She's making him send in more and more. Wihtout letting him get a word in. She also hung up on him cause he couldn't find a form in time. We're super busy sorry. Bye bye" SUPER UNSATISFIED SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. Employees shouldn't be asking drug prices over the phone or even at all!!! Smh"
