Lucere Dermatology & Laser Clinic

I went to have skin tags removed and the clinic was clean and all the staff friendly and professional. Debra (Nurse Practitioner) was so amazing at explaining the procedure she would use and it was a night and day difference than having it done at my doctor’s office. Virtually painless and fast. She was also wonderful at taking the time to answer questions about other procedures I was interested in. Highly recommend!

It was my first time at the clinic. I felt it very welcoming. Kailey was so friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain what was being done and took the time to get to know myself and address any concerns that I had.

Emily and the rest of team were amazing to deal with. I was really nervous going into my procedure, but everyone was so calm and reassuring that it made the entire process a breeze. They have really reasonable rates as well! I wouldn’t hesitate to come back if I needed anything else done. Thank you Lucere!

Debra is amazing. I am very happy with my experience at Lucere. My treatment was done by Debra who was extremely professional, knowledgeable and kind. She took the time to answer all of my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during the procedure. From beginning to end my entire experience was incredible. Megan Morrison was extremely accommodating when preparing my appointment and ensured I was comfortable but excited for my appointment once I arrived.Dr. T is the best! He fully understood my non-surgical rhinoplasty desires, and did a wonderful job making me feel excited, comfortable and beautiful! 2 weeks after the procedure and I truly feel like the best version of me. I was in for skin analysis and I’m really happy with my experience with Faith. She has been amazing, helped me find the right product for my skincare. What I really loved was that she was really honest with her opinion and not trying to sell me more services.

I went for my 3 month follow up appointment today for my melasma. The Christie and Debra were very helpful and knowledgeable. I was given detailed instructions on how and when to apply the recommended creams and serum. I felt comfortable asking questions and value all the makeup and sunscreen suggestions. The nurse I saw in February was also very knowledgeable and helpful. I think her name was Michelle. The ladies at reception were also very friendly and helpful. Thanks to all the staff at Lucere.

The ladies on the front desk were so nice and helpful. They were so keen and hard working to fit in the appointments I was hoping for my sister and I in such short period of time.I booked a Bella MD facial with Brooklyn as well as a chemical peel & extractions on my back. She was amazing. She did several extraction passes while letting me rest in between. It wasn't painful at all, she was so gentle and my skin was left the softest I've ever felt it.My face was left glowing too and she was careful that nothing bothered me. She was so kind and cheerful, she took the time to explain my new skin care regimen upon request and she also gave me other skincare recommendations.My sister had her Bella MD with Heather and she also had an amazing experience. Heather was very sweet too and she very caring and gentle as to what products she used, as my sister has very sensitive skin. Her face was glowing after and she experienced no discomfort at all.What I love about Lucere apart from their great variety and latest technology on their services, is that they take the time to listen to your skin goals and cater to you with their kindness and patience at all times. They offered us water, snacks, they always checked up on us if everything was to our liking.Your goal becomes their goal and they are there to help you and find a solution. A dermatology clinic/center can have the latest lasers and treatments in the world but, one only wants to come back if the staff is also great, warm, kind and welcoming.Their staff is the reason why people are happy to come back.

My experience was amazing. Staff is very helpful and cooperative . Today i had to take my baby with me . I was worried to take her inside so the staff took care of my baby for the time i was in my session. I really appreciate that. As for my laser treatment, today was my 2nd session i saw the result from my first session and very impressed.

Dr T and the staff at Lucere are first class. I have been going here since 2019 and my skin is amazing thanks to the expert care I’ve received. Dr T is always learning and is at the forefront of dermatological knowledge. He has an amazing bedside manner and really listens and cares and it shows. I always look forward to seeing him.Victoria takes care of my treatments from lasers to facials and I am always so blown away by how knowledgeable and thorough she is.
