On Side Restoration Services

We are very pleased with the service from On Side during our recent water damage repair. Neil did a great job on the drywall and ceiling, and Gerald did a great job on the flooring and finishing. All the workers were excellent.

Ken Glass and his team at Onside Medicine Hat are absolutely amazing. They were helpful and available at every opportunity when we really needed the help following a house fire. I can not describe how great they are, always available and willing to go above and beyond what was expected of them even without being asked. Every member of the team was genuinely interested in helping us put our life back in order. Thank you so much!

Great company, very organized and customer service orientated. Would definitely hire On Side again. When our sanitary sewer backed up into our basement and we decided to engage On Side, they quickly responded with the clean up and removal of the contaminated drywall & flooring, Neil , Gerald & James worked quickly and explained what they were doing & why. Our damaged contents were listed complete with photos into a spreadsheet, for our use with our Insurance company, by Raeanne & Paige, who also helped Andrew, James, Michael & Aura moving our processions into our garage . And best of all,the repairs made by Neal, Sean, Gareth & Neil , & they were prompt to arrive at our home and did great work. A special thanks to Des who contacted us daily to set appointments and schedule the work. All of this was well organized by Taylor, Amy Rob and John.

My story begins on October 2, 2018, when we sustained a city sewer main back up, and it chose our home to visit. And although quite lengthy I feel it important for the entire crew of this company be recognised for their huge effort in getting our life and home back to normal. My insurance company gave me several emergency companies I could choose from, and my husband and I chose Onside. I made the call and our journey began. Taylor Jenkins was our Project Manager along with Ops manager Rob Adams and Project Coordinator John Wood. Each of these individuals handled our crisis with tact and empathy. They were extremely efficient in gathering the troops, and delegating what needed to be done. Taylor's assistant Amy Olsen, who I would like to add, heard me cry more than her own child I am sure, was very kind and supportive of all my questions of what now"

I am currently going through a claim in my appt 211 and I would like to express my satisfaction....so far.Initially we got off to a slow start but as the units in my hallway started to get repaired Onside dedicated a carpenter to my unit. The branch manager Ken helped out on my behalf with the insurance company and the carpenter, Gareth has been outstanding!! I hope this continues to completion and I look forward to updating this review at that time.

We would like to forward our comment on Gareth's performance on the carpenter who repaired the water damage in our basement. We appreciate the difficulty in repairing an existing damage basement. Garth's skill in repairing the detail wood work is amazing. We have no complaints about any of the work he did. Gareth was very friendly, helpful and easy to get along with. We would recommend Gareth to anyone who needs repairs with Onside. A great company to deal with. A big Thank you to Raeanne Lutz for the fantastic cleanup after the job was done.We would like to thank the whole Onside crew from beginning to the end.

John was a true professional when they showed up, Des was great in keeping me appraised of when the work would be done, Garreth and Shawn went above and beyond the call of duty to get everything back to better than before. Can't say enough about the excellent service that we received when we had Onside fix our basement. (When we had sewer back-up) We called our insurance and within the hour , Onside was here, with about 4 guys. They immediately went to work, They had to move a lot of stuff, and put it over to the other half of our basement. After that, they started to removed the carpets and lino. They never complained once, about anything. Very happy and friendly workers. (Excellent Job Guys)*Gareth Barnes did all our drywall, baseboards and door moldings. Garth takes a lot of pride in his work, and does excellent work,. (He is the best.)My husband and I, could not find any flaws, in anything that he did. All his cut were perfect. He would always called to say when he was coming to work. Cleaned up as he was going, and never left a mess.*Also, when all the work was finished:Sean Poston and Rob Adams were the guys that come and check everything out. They are very, very good at what they do, too. Sean and Rob checked everything out. (like with a fine tooth comb.)They check things that I would not even think of checking . They pointed out things that were done and what to look for. They would both explained things to me, as they were inspecting the finished work.I was very impressed . They defiantly know their job, every well,. Sean and Rob don't except anything less but perfection.I would recommend Onside to anyone, that need any work done.Keep up the good work, guys.To all the employees, that works at Onside in Medicine Hat :)

Really happy with the service, help and work completed by On Side Restoration Medicine Hat after a recent water damage claim I had.Going through a claim like this is difficult and On Side just made it easier. From the Start our service was great from Branch manager Ken G and the response/content team of Everett, Andrew, James & Reanne etc then the excellent work done by John W, Neil (drywaller), Neil L (Painter), Gareth & Sean (Carpenters) and the one that keeps thing going with the planning Des. Thanks for the help through this stressful time.

We had a serious flood in our house and Onside was recommended by our insurer. We were extremely happy with the work they did and their people are courteous, good communicators, and highly competent. Would definitely use them again and have recommended them to others.
