Ritual Spa & Brow Bar

I have never had a bad experience here.I get my eyebrows threaded, and they are never longer than 5 minutes when I walk in. I have experienced 3-4 facials by Karam and have loved all of them. I’ve had one body massage by Simmi and have also appreciated her services as well.Ritual Spa stands out in the fact that they make every dollar count while you are here… they don’t leave you waiting long in rooms, they don’t walk out half way through treatments for any length of time, and they always give you your full time. They are also appropriately priced compared to other spas in Abbotsford.

I was deeply disappointed with the professionalism of this facility. I was serviced 3 treatments, body scrub, massage, and facial as a birthday present Some of the things that occurred during my treatment included but were not limited to:Body scrub:- I was given a towel wrap and disposable underwear for my treatment, I was brought the the vichy room and scrubbed down and asked if I wanted my stomach scrubbed to, I had said sure, and the lady proceeded to open my towel wrap completely, exposing my entire front side.- From there, I was instructed to turn over, no towel to cover anything for privacy, and then asked to flip over once more, exposed in the front, to wash off my front side.- I was then given a towel to dry off, while standing naked trying to dry myself, she walks in asking me if I would like another towel.... Kind gesture but maybe knock first.Body massage-The massuer kept having to leave the room, not sure if it was for more hot towels or stones, but everytime she left, she would leave the door open. Again, for privacy reasons this just didnt feel right.- Then to top it off, there was one moment when I heard another person enter the room, I was not warned or told this.Facial-My hair was not put in a spa headband, so all of the oils/lotions got into my hair, there was even a point where she rubbed oils/lotions on my face then went straight to my hair to give me a scalp massage. I went home right away and had to shower again because my hair was so greasy.-Finally, I left the spa with leftover bits of the mask in my eyebrow, beside my ear, and all in the hair framing my face.Safe to say I will not be back, I hope this review provides some insight to staff for how to improve with future customers. We went for a double massage My husband and I. It was the best massage we ever had. We in fact stayed for a facial too. I would recommend highly. Going back again tomorrow. This will be our treat to ourselves always. With the price and what you get. Everyone deserves this. We drive 45 minutes to go here by the way. This is how much we love coming here. Thank you so much. You have made my aches and pains of recovery from cancer so much better. I honestly can’t thank you enough.

Always a relaxing experience at Ritual. Mani's & Pedi's are fantastic here. Their gel polish application lasts a long time.

I had a hot stone massage with a sugar scrub by Simmi. It was pure bliss. Perfect pressure. Clean, relaxing environment. I didn't want it to end. Simmi was professional but still warm and friendly. 10/10 would go again. And I am! Already have my next massage booked.

I had a surprise appointment, it was amazing. Jogita was great, she understood it was my first time getting a body scrub, massage and facial. She explained step by step and made sure I was relaxed and comfortable! ❤️

Had a wonderful experience at this spa yesterday. As soon as I walked in the door everyone was welcoming. Ruby helped me with a number of services. She asked questions and was very informative to make sure I was receiving the services right for me. Eg: threading vs waxing on sensitive areas of the face to reduce the chance of breakout. I originally booked a facial I thought would alleviate the issues I was having, however when Ruby had a closer examination of my skin, she suggested something different that would be more beneficial. I appreciated her knowledge and the facial was so relaxing, the combination of soft music, dimmed lighting, warm blanket and the hydrating products used for the massage was wonderful!
