Ryan the first person you meet when you drop your vehicle off is awesome. However I did not expect it to take 4.5. Hours for the work to be done on our vehicle. This was the 3rd visit for the same issue. I'm trusting that everything is 100% now.

I would 100% of given Taylor auto mall 5 stars if I would have originally spoke to and worked with Jenn or someone else. But the first sales man I spoke to tried to sell me a 2014 (almost ten year vehicle) on a 66 month lease and had me sign everything barely made eye contact, was insanely forward and a little pushy, was real convincing sales pitch. I’m new to the dealerships and buying from them so I didn’t know that banks don’t do an extended loan on a ten year vehicle and wanted me on a 2 year loan (I can’t afford that) if I could afford that I would have just bought the truck out right. Then Jenn called me and got me into a 2019 with WAY less mileage for a great price bi-weekly payments.5 stars to Jenn and the other crew I dealt with1 star to the guy I originally dealt with.All in all great customer service. Would recommend them to just about anyone.

This GM dealer helped me solve a thermostat issue on my 2019 Cadillac XT5 the next day after the issue occurred. Vehicle works great as it did before the issue occurred! I was advised to monitor the vehicle to make sure the issue doesn’t pop up again, which I hope it doesn’t. $180 CAD well spent! Thanks guys!

Key drop kiosk continues to be a big bonus in comparison with other dealerships. Working out of town, the ability to drop off and pickup after hours is a real plus.No filling out paper slips with pens that hardly wot when it's super cold out, go in out of the elements and just touch the screen.

Had an issue with my brakes staying on while in Kingston (I live an hour away from the city). They fit me in and fixed the problem so I was able to get back home safely and without further damage. Thanks so much for fitting me in and the excellent service!

Had an appointment for a oil change at 10 am. When I showed up I informed the rep I had an 11:30 am appointment. At 11:15 am I went to check how they we're doing, and was told the car wasn't even started to be worked on. Not happy customer.
