Cole International did an excellent job in successfully helping me ship a car and motorcycle from Australia to Vancouver, Canada. Their freight forwarder experts helped me investigate and explore various ocean shipping options (RORO, Container), different shipping routes, quote freight rates, and guided me through the entire process since it was my first time importing vehicles. They have experts in dealing with Canadian Customs on vehicles if imported from the US or over overseas. They were very responsive in contacting my Freight Forwarder in Australia to ensure all details were sorted out on both the Export and Import side so there were no mistakes. They did a fantastic job to ensure that all the paperwork was perfect so I didn't encounter any unnecessary delays or penalties when arriving at Vancouver Port. Their logistics and drayage services were excellent too and I was able to get my car and motorbike safely unloaded near Surrey Fraser Docks. I'm very happy that my cargo arrived undamaged.
