Fluid Senior Transition helped with my unusual case by helping me to help a declining senior tenant who had lost the capacity to help himself and had no family or friends to call upon. Fluid Senior Transition helped find and navigate the spectrum of private and government services which do not effectively work together without outside coordination which Fluid Senior Transition provided proactively. Fluid Senior Transition was tenacious in making sure that all of my needs were met.

Jeanette was referred to us at a time when we were struggling to find a suitable home for our 99 year old aunt. Our aunt was hospitalized with severe dementia. Our goal was to place her somewhere where she would thrive and live her best life. We had spent weeks researching long term care homes and retirement homes and found ourselves lost in the process.After a quick call with Jeanette we knew we were in good hands. Within two weeks our aunt was in a wonderful exciting home.The best news is that she is smiling and enjoying her fellow residents and the wonderful staff that cater to her every need.Thanks Jeanette!!
