Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service here today! Brought in a pair of boots to exchange as they are the wrong size and was blatantly called a liar and they said they were worn. How could they be worn if they DO NOT fit!?!! Also it has been scorching hot here since they were purchased so why would I be wearing boots?! I asked for the two girls names and was told one of them was the manager so doesn't matter, seriously? I asked for her name written on a business card and was told they don't have cards and she scribbled her name? (Arsh) On a post it note and threw it at me. I am 61 years old and have NEVER been treated so poorly as I was by these two employees! I will NEVER buy from this store again and I will be sure to let everyone know how HORRIBLE the service is at Sofmac! I will also be writing head office regarding this terrible customer service!

Naomi was so helpful and kind yesterday when I had an exchange to do. She went above and beyond in helping me look for what I wanted and made sure to review all my options.

Absolutely horrible customer service!!!! My daughter and I were standing by the Clarks shoes for about 5 or so minutes waiting for a sales person to come help us, but sales people were nowhere to be found. Then I notice all sales people were all standing by the till talking and ignoring all the customers in the store. There were only 4 customers in the store at this time and 3 sales people. They never came over to see if we needed help and as we walked out of the store that's when they looked at us. Definitely will not be buying any shoes from this store.

I went to the Langley Softmoc and had really grumpy sales people (it is Christmas and I’m sure it is not easy to be in customer service positions, so I’m giving them the benefit of a doubt). However, I ended going to the Abbotsford Softmoc and had a wonderful experience with Brendon and the lovely young lady who was super friendly and kind as well. Thank you two for turning my day around!

The staff were unable to help me in a timely manner. I was looking through the boxes for the shoes I wanted to try on but with no success. The young woman finally determined that the shoe I was interested in was not in stock. That took about 35 minutes. I told the young man that I was there to pick up shoes I had purchased online this morning. He did not know where to look for them nor when told where they might be, how to give them to me. This took another 15 -20 minutes. I finally offered my ID. Eventually he gave me my paid for shoes and I was free to go. I can truly say that no one “helped” me. They may have helped others but I was not “helped”. I think they could use more training and some supervision. They were not rude. Just not helpful.

Good customer service. Store assistant provided good guide about the snow/waterproof boots that we were looking for.

Two weeks ago my old sandals died so I needed new. Went here and was helped by friendly staff.Got new sandals and felt like I've been walking on clouds ever since!

Even though the store was busy when I entered, there was no problem getting my online orders and getting a refund on one of them. She also brought other boots I wanted to try on. Both women were working very hard but also fast and greeted the customers with smiles. Great selection and great customer service. Definitely will shop here again !

I just had the same experience another customer noted. I went in looking for Birkenstocks (pricey purchase!!). 4 employees just standing and giggling at the till. I asked for sizes twice. No one helped me. They said “hmmm … ummm we MIGHT have it… not sure”. Never went to look. Never followed up. This is not the first time this has happened. Management needs to hire better people. Your company just lost $180
