Good and fast work, workers are very professionals at what they do.

Worker backed up into my car while I was in it, causing significant damage. Took no responsibility and not so much as a sorry. Lied to police and his supervisor. Manager or owner or whomever I spoke with was aggressive, hostile and extremely rude. In summary, gets paid for by our tax dollars (was a city job) and operates with impunity. Extremely careless, rude, and unprofessional.

Left worksite in an unsafe state and refused to take any responsibility for it

This is a completely incompetent business. They somehow get city contracts and were digging up our street to replace the water lines. They messed up and my basement was flooded with 6 inches of water (at least). They first tried to deny they ever dug up my driveway that day but luckily I had it on security camera both digging and after they broke something and their hole filled up with water. They are seen panicking and making phone calls but never tried to contact me. The only reason I go down to my basement is to do laundry and fortunately I had to do laundry that night or it could have been several days before I ever found the water… they were nice enough to begrudgingly show up a few hours later to pump out my basement and offered to replace my carpet… I told them my furnace was no longer working so they sent over a couple of furnace guys who dried it out then came back a day later to see if it would turn on. It did so they left… much louder than before and sometimes makes a squeaking noise. They refuse to do anything further. Sub floor is warped, dry wall and personal belongings are destroyed. Have simply told me to put in a claim with the city. Just look at the other reviews, this company is stealing our tax dollars. They don’t deserve city contracts.

This company is doing work on our street and placed a letter in our mailbox notifying us that our water would be shut off the next day. Only giving one days notice, especially when many of us are working from home these days, gives the residents on our street no time to make alternative arrangements or come up with other work/living plans, especially with youngsters in the house. Completely unacceptable given the short notice. Very unprofessional!
