If I could rate a negative star review I would in a heartbeat...The repairs on my home took 4 months to begin due to the fire in Chilliwack and they opted to go there because more money was to be made there. Also found that not all heating vent covers were replaced, shoddy workmanship on my hardwood floors in the bedroom. Overall very displeased and would not recommend this company to my enemies.

They made our worst nightmare easier to deal with!! We had a fire in our home and it was devastating. From the first time we met Service Master they were very professional. The Project Manager was able to explain the process and kept us in the loop throughout the rebuilding of our home. They were very friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend them!!

Very professional, good customer service, and experienced, as another company had a tough time and couldn't get the stains out of the carpet, but this Team did. Happy overall with their service.
