Employees dont do there jobs. And dont care to apologize when they dont. Call thursday explain that i need a gps pole to be delivered to stoney creek brandt on friday because we need it on site on Monday. Or i need to come pick it up. She says yes no problem asks for email and says she will send an email. Friday comes around no email. I call stoney creek no package for me. Call back. They tell me nothing was sent and shes off today. Its 3 oclock by this time. I explain how urgent and time sensitive it is. They then tell me they will send me another email once its been processed to go. Heard nothing and no email. I then cancel monday site set up with multiple employees. Monday i call to say i am sending someone down. Surprise there was no order done yet. Talk about a bunch of employees that dont do their job. Unbelievable. I hope i never have to deal with them again.

Great service from the Field department, we had called them out for some yearly field calibrations. While the technician (Kyle)was able to diagnose and repair a legacy issue that had plagued our production process for months. We are very happy with their field service.

Since 2009 I've interacted with PS&B while working at a couple different companies. I've consistently had great experiences when contacting them to schedule on site service, quoting new equipment, or when the occasional emergency repair comes up. Their retention of employees speaks volumes, especially these days! It has been nice building positive working relationships with their staff- from Anne being cheerful answering the phones, Andrea being on time with certificate delivery, Jodi reaching out with PO questions in a timely manner, Wendy being on the ball with scheduling upcoming services, and the field service techs like Brian providing great communication when they will be arriving on site and if any issues arise taking the time to explain.I would wholeheartedly recommend them for scale purchases and calibration services.
