Found this shop online. Very impressed with their service. Honest and patience. I have too many bad experience with 海味店 in the past. Their concentrated bird nest is one of the best I have tried. Very good quality and reasonable price. Thanks.

This store healed my soul

I have been ordering frozen and canned from St. Jean's Cannery & Smokehouse for a few years now and so enjoy their products during the winter months and have had excellent services on deliveries with no concerns. Emily

Honest price

For Christmas we thought we’d indulge and try different St Jeans packs of smoked salmon and smoked mussels. Absolutely disgusting. All of the St Jeans products were slimy and Ive never seen very dark brown hard salmon that was all bloodline! It was all so strongly fishy tasting and was completely inedible by 8 people. Down the toilet it all went. Hours later, the one bite we each had of the salmon and mussels are still “repeating” on us and we are munching on Rolaids and Pepto. We are sadly repulsed as we had such high hopes and ticked off as it was not cheap. We will go back to making our own or purchase from other favourite companies. GROSS.
