One star is being extremely generous. No body will help you, no one will direct you and on top be extremely rude. Don't understand the point of this building, you literally can't accomplish any of your business here. City of Toronto is a huge disappointment.

Scarborough Civic Centre
Every time I come to one of the offices in this building (property tax payment office especially) - and the passport office building - I see older people who don’t know English being mistreated. I don’t know what makes any of you feel you can get irritated or speak down to people because they can’t understand you. A sad and SHAMEFUL sight to see as you people work for the GOVERNMENT. You should be trained better, and given a lesson in HUMANITY.

Lacombe Memorial Centre
The memorial centre always has wonderful events. My kids especially enjoy the lights and skating pond that's created in winter- it's really quite beautiful!

I have found the lady at the desk where I go to pay the pool fees to be extremely rude!! Today I went to buy tickets for the upcoming fair and she was beyond rude!! Someone with such bad ppl skills should not be working with the public!! Last time I’ll be going to either the pool or anything else here!! I’m new to Campbelltown and I’m just praying there are nicer services for this region!!
